Everything we can make at home, we do. Pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, and desserts are prepared daily with care and passion by our chefs.

LOCAL PRODUCTS
THE FLAVORS OF THE VALLEY
The region offers us excellent raw materials: cheeses and meats from local shepherds, trout caught in the Val Ferret basins, and stone-ground polenta, as per Aosta Valley tradition.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Lunch is served outside on the lawn, with a view of the Ferret Valley all around. It's an experience hard to replicate elsewhere—and for rainy days, there are two welcoming indoor dining rooms.
WHEN IT FALLS
IN THE EVENING
In the evening, the restaurant moves indoors, to its two wooden dining rooms, or to the covered and heated outdoor terrace. The atmosphere is different from lunch—smaller and more intimate.
